Defendant has pleaded the Statute of Limitations and it is not denied that the accident occurred on March 24, 1954, at which time defendants resided in Manhasset, that they departed for Belgium on June 25, 1956 and remained there until August 31, 1957, meanwhile, however, retaining domicile in Manhasset, and that service of summons was made personally on November 13,1957.
