MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON THE REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF MAGISTRATE JUDGE
STEARNS, District Judge.
After careful consideration of defendants’ eight vigorously articulated Objections to Magistrate Judge Dein’s Report and Recommendation, I will ADOPT her Report and Recommendations with one small caveat. A few comments are in order. Although one might think otherwise from a reading of the thirty-five pages of the Objections, the Report is nuanced, objective, and balanced.
