— This was an action by the appellees to have a sheriff’s sale set aside. The complaint alleged that the appellants had obtained a judgment against the appellee, Polly E. Burch, before her marriage to her co-appellee, and while she was & femme sole, for the sum of $204 53, and costs; that an execution was issued on said judgment and levied upon a certain described eighty-acre tract of land; that the said appellees never gave up the property to be levied upon, nor were they ever called upon to give up property on said execution ; that said land was sold by the sheriff' to the appellants for…
