Plaintiff Eric Barbosa-Orona, a prisoner in a state institution, filed the instant suit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Defendants Juan Flores-Dasta, First Lieutenant assigned to the Ponce Principal Correctional Facility, and Carlos Molina-Rodriguez, Secretary of the Corrections and Rehabilitation Administration. Plaintiff alleges that prison officials forcibly administered a haircut to Plaintiff violating his religious beliefs.
