This bill was filed by Horace. F. Jackson to secure the removal of a cloud from the title of the east one-half of lot 8 and lot 10 of block 12 of the village of Northville, Michigan. After decree dismissing the bill of complaint, the plaintiff died; but notwithstanding this he will be referred to as the plaintiff and appellant in this appeal which has been revived in the name of George E. Parker, administrator of the Jackson estate. There is no controversy between the appealing parties as to the plaintiff being entitled to have the premises freed from the cloud created by certain undischarged…
