Robert David Stahr (Stahr) petitions for review of the August 7, 2007 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County (trial court) denying the appeal of his one-year license suspension by the Department of Transportation’s Bureau of Driver Licensing (PennDOT) for refusing to submit to chemical testing pursuant to Section 1547 of the Vehicle Code, as amended, 75 Pa.C.S. § 1547.
