This action was for the recovery of the value of four Roseville township bonds, of the par value of one thousand dollars each, claimed to have been deposited for safe keeping with plaintiff in error by the intestate of defendant in error. The first and second counts in the declaration were in case, for the loss of the bonds through negligence; and the third count was in trover, for the wrongful conversion of the bonds.
