This is an appeal direct from the circuit court of Cook county. Appellants and appellees entered into an agreement to submit disputes and controversies which had arisen between them to arbitrators. The arbitrators, after hearing the respective parties, made an award in favor of appellants, which they filed in the circuit court, on which they asked and were given judgment against appellees. Appellees did not appear when the judgment was obtained, but a few days later, and at the same term of court, filed a motion to set aside the judgment. The court allowed the motion to set aside the…
