OPINION
JOHN S. ANDERSON, Justice.
Appellant Jennifer Oriji was convicted by a jury of misdemeanor theft and as sessed punishment at thirty days’ confinement in the Harris County Jail. Asserting two points of error, appellant contends: (1) the trial court erred by admitting into evidence her written statement given to store employees when the statement did not include written Miranda warnings; and (2) the evidence is factually insufficient to support her conviction. We affirm.
