A jury found appellant Dujuan Emerson guilty of felony murder, Ind.Code § 35-42-1-1; murder, Ind.Code § 35-42-1-1; conspiracy to commit robbery, a class A felony, Ind.Code § 35-41-5-2; two counts of robbery, class A and class B felonies, Ind.Code § 35-42-5-1; and carrying a handgun without a license, a class A misdemeanor, Ind.Code § 35^47-2-1 and -23.
