State Ex Rel. Kroger Grocery & Baking Co. v. Hostetter

Certiorari to the St. Louis Court of Appeals, directing it to send up for review the record in the case of Bicanic et al. v. Kroger Grocery and Baking Co. et al., reported in 83 S. W. (2d) at page 917.
