The Southland Life Insurance Company was a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Texas, doing a life insurance business in said state, with its principal office in the city of Dallas, Dallas county, Tex. The appellee, San Antonio Life Insurance Company, was a corporation doing a life insurance business in said state, with its principal office in the city of San Antonio, Bexar county, Tex., and the appellant, L.
