LEWIS, Judge.

In January, 1981, plaintiff-appellant filed its complaint in the Chancery Court for Davidson County, Tennessee, against de-, fendants-appellees Leonard Adams, his wife Ann E. Adams, and Clytie L. Adams, the mother of Leonard Adams. The complaint alleged that on October 14, 1980, plaintiff was awarded a judgment by default against defendants in the General Sessions Court of Davidson County in the amount of $4,785.02; that defendants knew of the General Sessions Court hearing “having been properly served with a warrant by the Davidson County Sheriff and knew a default had…
