VERON, Judge.

This case arises out of a series of events that took place after the Standard Life and Accident Insurance Company (SLIC), an Oklahoma corporation, was placed into conservatorship by the Oklahoma state courts in February of 1975. Plaintiff, Walt Garner Associates, Inc., acting as the successor to the rights and interests of an unincorporated association he'aded by Walter H. Garner, alleges that James Beauhall, a former insurance agent for SLIC, acted contrary to the interests of Mr. Garner, who was a general agent for SLIC, and thus violated some fiduciary obligations that…
