MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge:

Plaintiffs, representing a class comprising approximately 2,000 former employees of Jewel Food Stores (“Jewel”), move for entry of judgment on all issues of liability related to Count I of the third-amended complaint. Additionally, plaintiffs seek (1) adjudication of issues related to their entitlement to prejudgment interest on the damages fund created in conjunction with this action, and (2) to reopen discovery with respect to the issue of damages.
