Plaintiffs-appellants, Billy and Deloise Hendricks, pro se, appeal the district court’s judgment dismissing their complaint alleging claims under, inter alia, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 1962, on the grounds that the Hendrickses failed to comply with the district court’s scheduling order.
