The Consumer Utilities Rate Advocacy Division of the Attorney General’s Office (the AG) appeals from Order No. 20 entered by the Arkansas Public Service Commission. In Order No. 20, the Commission approved a Joint Stipulation and Settlement Agreement in response to Arkansas Oklahoma Gas Corporation’s application for a rate increase of $7,236,716.
