In this action seeking medical insurance coverage, plaintiffs, Roger and Kimberly Branscum, appeal from the trial court’s dismissal of their complaint against defendant, American Community Mutual Insurance Company. We affirm.
In August 1994, plaintiffs purchased a health insurance policy from defendant. As a condition of issuing the policy, defendant attached an exclusion rider, signed by plaintiffs, excluding coverage for “any disease or disorder of the genital organs.” The reason for the rider was Kimberly Branscum’s diagnosis of and treatment for dysplasia, a…
