MEMORANDUM OPINION AND DECISION
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court upon Motion of the Chapter 11 Trustee, John J. Hunter, For Authority to Compromise Claim of Ohio Hospital Association (hereafter “OHA”). An Objection to the Motion to Compromise was filed by the Unsecured Creditor’s Committee counsel, and a Hearing was held. At the Hearing, the Court provided the parties an opportunity to file briefs addressing arguments that may have been raised at the Hearing. The briefs were filed, and the matter became decisional.
