for the Court:
¶ 1. Johnny R. Young, Jr., was convicted in the Circuit Court of Union County on three counts of sexual battery of his minor daughter and was sentenced to three concurrent life sentences. We assigned Young’s appeal to the Court of Appeals, which unanimously affirmed. Young v. State, 106 So.3d 811 (Miss.Ct.App.2011), reh’g denied (Feb. 7, 2012).
