¶1 The Respondent and surviving spouse, Sue Ann Martelle, filed a claim for the homestead allowance, exempt property, and family allowance from the estate of Robert M. Martelle in the District Court for the Twenty-Second Judicial District in Big Horn County. Two interested parties, Robert J.
