Kimberli Escarra appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of Regions Bank (Regions) and AmSouth Bank (AmSouth) in a diversity action for (1) breach of oral and written contract, (2) negligent misrepresentation, fraudulent inducement, and promissory es-toppel, and (3) wrongful termination under the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, Fla. Stat. § 760.01, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a). 1 We address each claim in turn, and affirm. 2
