MEMORANDUM OPINION

BATTEY, District Judge.

Plaintiff seeks an award of attorney’s fees and expenses pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA), 28 U.S.C. § 2412, and Subchapter II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 406(b)(1).
