In two separate indictments,1 Appellant was indicted for the following offenses: two counts of felony murder, with the underlying felony of driving while intoxicated with a passenger under 15 years of age; two counts of intoxication manslaughter; and two counts of manslaughter.2 After a one-day bench trial, Appellant was convicted on all six counts, and the judge sentenced him to 18 years’ confinement for each count, to be served concurrently.
