On April 6, 1925, the Prosecuting Attorney of Dent County, Missouri, filed in the circuit court of said county a verified information, in three counts. The first count charged defendant with unlawfully having in possession on the — day of January, 1925, in said county, six gallons of mash, then being used and fit for use in the unlawful manufacture of intoxicating liquors for beverage purposes.
