This .cause comes into this court on error from the municipal court of Cleveland, wherein the plaintiff below, Rose Landau, recovered a money judgment for wages, due from defendant below, H. Blum & Co., under the terms of an agreement entered into in 1921 between the Cleveland Garment Manufacturers’ Association and the International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union.
