THOMPSON, Presiding Judge.
In this case, N.J.D. (“the father”) asserts that he was denied his right to due process during proceedings involving the issues of the dependency and custody of his children (“the children”).
The record indicates that the Madison County Department of Human Resources (“DHR”) first filed a petition alleging that the father’s oldest child was dependent in June 2006.
