MAUGHAN, Justice:

Alice Kesler appeals from an order of the district court declaring her an incompetent, within the definition as set forth in Section 75-13-20, and appointing a guardian of her estate. Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the ruling. There is merit to appellant’s argument;1 *359however, it is unnecessary for this Court to determine this issue for the reasons set forth infra. The judgment of the district court is reversed, and this matter is remanded with an order to discharge the guardian.
