This matter came before the Court upon the Motions to Dismiss SunTrust Bank’s (“SunTrust” or the “Bank”) Complaint initiating an adversary proceeding against Baseline Sports, Inc. (the “Debtor”), a commercial debtor before this Court; Baseline Licensing Group, LLC, a business entity related to the Debtor; and Gary L. Roberson (“Roberson”) and David G.
