Solomon, J.), rendered January 26, 2007, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of grand larceny in the first degree, and sentencing him to a term of 2% to 7 years, reversed, on the law, the plea vacated, the superior court information dismissed, and the matter remanded to Supreme Court for further proceedings on the felony complaint.
