Before the Court are Defendants’ Motions for Summary Judgment on Prescription (Rec. Docs. 114, 120, 121), Plaintiffs’ opposition to same (Rec. Doc. 175), and Defendants’ replies thereto (Rec. Docs. 178, 179, 183, 186, 187).1 The Court held oral argument on Defendants’ motions on August 15, 2012. Having considered the *559motions and legal memoranda, the arguments of counsel, and the applicable law, the Court finds that Defendants’ motions should be GRANTED for the reasons set forth more fully below.
