Resident Associate Judge of New Castle County:

*614Pursuant to the mandate contained in the Constitution, the General Assembly passed an Act, which was approved May 27, 1898, being Chapter 36 of Volume 21 of our Laws, in which it was provided that it should be the duty of the resident Associate Judges of the respective Counties to sit at certain designated times and places for the purpose of hearing appeals from the decisions of the registration officers.
