Order unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: Supreme Court properly granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the causes of action asserted in each plaintiff’s complaint for prima facie tort and intentional interference with contract.
