Appellant Joe E. Edwards has filed this interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s order denying his motion to dismiss on grounds of double jeopardy, estoppel, and due process. The trial court correctly denied the motion to dismiss, and we affirm.
On March 17, 1995, according to the criminal information filed against him, Edwards abducted his attorney, David Stills.
