HILL, Justice.

Doyle Alegander Jr. Maser 1 (Appellant) appeals from a determination by the district court that the provisions of the Wyoming Worker's Compensation Act (the Act) provided the exclusive remedy for injuries he suffered while an employee of L. and H. Welding and Machine Company (L & H Welding). We conclude that the Act constitutes Appellant's exclusive remedy and affirm.
