APPEAL FROM THE COURT OF CLAIMS. This was an action against the United States to recover an allowance to-a district attorney by the trial court under Rev Stat. § 824, disallowed by the Attorney General and by the accounting officers of the Treasury. Judgment for claimant, from which the defendants appealed. The case- is stated in the opinion.
