¶ 1. John Mozingo Real Estate & Auction, Inc. (Mozingo) sued National Auction Group, Inc. (NAG),1 alleging intentional interference with either an existing or prospective contract. The court granted NAG’s motion for summary judgment. Aggrieved, Mozingo appeals and asserts that the court erred in (1) granting summary judgment and issuing “Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law;” (2) striking the affidavits of John Mozingo (Mr. Mozin-go), T.J.
