At our March term, 1887, this case was before us on appeal from the Appellate Court for the First District. Two points were then made and urged as grounds of reversal, viz., change of title in .violation of the conditions of the policy sued on, and failure to furnish proofs of loss. These were considered, and, under the facts found and certified by the Appellate Court, held insufficient to authorize a reversal, and the judgment of the Appellate Court was affirmed.
