Agnella Roessler appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Scott County Sheriff John Lizenby.

Affirmed.

FACTS

Larry Brooks was an auto mechanic who repaired police vehicles belonging to the Scott County Sheriff’s Department. Brooks was not a police officer, but he drove these vehicles from time to time. On August 12, 1994, Brooks was driving a police vehicle on which he had been performing mechanical work.
