Plaintiff William Toth, proceeding pro se, brings this action against defendants Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and Bank of America, N.A., (collectively, “Bank Defendants”), as well as several other defendants, 1 challenging the foreclosure of his property located in Michigan.
