John Kilker (Claimant) appeals from an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board, which affirmed an order by the referee granting the modification petition of E.J. Rogan & Sons (Employer).

On June 16, 1989, Claimant, a pipe fitter, sustained an injury to his lower back in the course of Ms employment, and pursuant to a notice of compensation payable, Claimant began receiving total disability benefits.
