The appeal to this court is by Edward John Strube, from a decree of the Common Law and Chancery Court of Dyer County in these consolidated causes,. wherein the court sustained the writ of habeas corpus in favor of relator, Mrs. Helen Pipkin Strube, granting to her custody of three minor children, and dismissed the petition of Edward John Strube seeking to change the award of custody of said children made by the Superior Court of DeKalb County, Georgia.
