I. INTRODUCTION
Currently pending before the court is the motion1 of Anthony K. Modafferi, III, *486Esquire, attorney for the defendant SenTech EAS Corporation2 (hereinafter “SenTech”), to remand this action to the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Burlington County, and for attorneys’ fees and costs associated with this motion.
