The petitioner, Sylvia Liebman, claims to be the wife of the decedent and makes this application to vacate a decree of this court dated October 18, 1962 which granted letters of administration to the son of decedent, the respondent. The decedent and Ida Wiener applied for a marriage license on March 15,1910 in New York County and, accord*192ing to the certification on this application, were married on April 12, 1910.
