THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Motion of Debtor to Convert from Chapter 11 to Chapter 13 and objections by the United States Trustee (“UST”) and Scott Shelton (“Shelton”), who request that the case be reconverted to chapter 7. A hearing on Debtor’s motion was held on May 3 and May 4, 2004.
