Earl W. Baker & Company, employer, and United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, as insurance carrier, bring this action against P. L. Maples and the State Industrial Commission to review an award in favor of Maples under the ■Workmen's Compensation Law.

From the record it appears that Bari W. Baker & Company, on and prior to March 19, 1927, were engaged in constructing a filter plant at Antlers, Okla., and that the. claimant, Pascal L.
