DICE, Judge.

The offense is driving while intoxicated; the punishment, 3 days in jail and a fine of $50.

The State’s proof shows that, on the night in question, the appellant was stopped and arrested around 2 a.m. by four officers of the Weights and License Division of the Texas Department of Public Safety while driving his automobile upon Highway 75 some 3 miles north of the city of San Angelo in Tom Green County.
