We have here a consolidation of cases Nos. 19201 and 19586, involving the validity of proceedings under the Local Improvement act and judgments of the county court of Cook -county confirming special assessments against and fixing awards to property owners for property taken for improving and widening North LaSalle street between Ohio street and North Clark street, in the city of Chicago.
