Edwards, Judge, in overruling tbe motion of tbe relator for change of venue to Polk County.—

One Jobn J. Carleton filed a petition in equity against tbe petitioner and relator, in tbe district court of Iowa in and for Winnebago County, praying for tbe appointment of a receiver, to take charge of the unfinished business of tbe relator corporation and end its corporate existence. Service of tbe original notice was bad upon its vice-president, E. C. West, in Polk County, Iowa, bis place of residence. Thereafter, relator filed its motion for change of place of trial to Polk County, Iowa, and as grounds therefor, stated:
