Action to recover from defendant Laura R. Weilenman one half the amount paid by plaintiffs to one Rosenberg to redeem the property described in the complaint from foreclosure sale, to have said amount adjudged to be a lien against the interest of said Laura R. Weilenman in and to the said lands, and for a decree that the lien of defendant Briggs upon the interest of defendant Laura R.
